NEW  PRODUCTS

MBE Components
UMC can now supply a wide variety of effusion and dopant cells as well as other specialty components including manipulators, cooling shrouds, rotators, etc. These componoents are designed and manufactured by MBE Komponenten for use with most major MBE systems. 

Standard and custom designed units are available for both production and R&D environments. A large variety of e-beam evaporators are also available. These units are designed and manufactured by Dr. Eberl MBE-Komponenten GmbH.

LumiNova® Ultrafine Particle Size
The new FF type of  LumiNova® contains particles of much smaller size. This development opens up a new vista of applications for phosphorescent pigments.


FS Series Fluorescent Pigements
FS Series is a solid solution of fluorescent dye in a thermoplastic resin (modified polyamide). They offer lowermold plateout, increased resin compatibility, are stronger, require lower processing temperatures, and have a larger particle size to reduce dusting. This series offers excellent heat stability in plastic injection molding when compared to other thermoplastic pigments in the market

A-300 Series Lumikol Fluorescent Pigment Dispersion: The Lumikol A-300 Series is an aqueous dispersion of fluorescent pigments. This series has a high pigment concentration and provides very vivid colors. They are specifically designed for aqueous flexographic inks and provide higher color strength than the A-200 Series.

Epoxy Resins & Hardeners
UMC has broadened its existing line of Epoxy Resins & Hardeners. The applications of these epoxy resins include electrical laminates & insulation, flame retardants, coatings, civil engineering & adhesives

Calcium Formate & Sodium Aluminate
UMC is now bringing in Calcium Formate from a prime ISO Certified Plant in China as well as Sodium Aluminate from Europe. These products are utilized as accelerators for the solidification of concrete. Sodium Aluminate is uesed for other applications such as for water treatment as and adjunct to water softening systems and as a coagulant aid to improve flocculation.
